How It Works

Join

Open to interested students (space may be limited). Attend an info session at the start of term and submit a brief interest form.

Commitment

Regular after-school meetings, select training days, and support at school events. Show up, be prepared, and model Del standards.

Learn It. Lead It.

Leadership is trained, not assumed. Students practice decision-making, communication, planning, and accountability in real scenarios—then get feedback and try again. It’s Lasallian in spirit: lead by serving.

Leadership Opportunities

Athletic Council

Help run athletics: promote teams, scorekeep, manage equipment/uniforms, and share results across campus. (Interview after registration.)

Captains Club (Leadership)

Captains and club leaders meet for three Saturday workshops (fall/winter/spring) for skills and peer coaching. (Gr. 9–12; teachers determine members.)

Community Time Leaders

Seniors lead Junior School community-time blocks (10:45–11:45) in robotics, coding, writing, soccer, ball hockey, ultimate, visual arts, young entrepreneurs, ukulele, pickleball, martial arts, dance.
