How to Apply

Successful applicants will be required to submit the following:
  • Mandatory immunization records required by Immunization of School Pupils Act, R.S.O 1990; and

  • All eligible students must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, according to current definition at the time, of an available vaccine approved by Health Canada.

De La Salle College strives for a diverse student population and hopes to attract young men and women with excellent academic skills; interest in a variety of co-curricular experiences; and the potential to contribute to the school community with a positive attitude. Entrance to De La Salle College is competitive and an early application is recommended.

For the 2022 - 2023 academic year, we aim to cap class sizes at 18 students per section. We will assess the number of sections required as needed.

For the 2022 - 2023 academic year, the College will be admitting 40 - 50 Grade 9 students.

Beginning this year, the College will have a system of rolling Admissions for Grades 7-9. The offers will be sent at the follow intervals:

  • First Round: End of October or early November
  • Second Round: Early December
  • Third Round: Mid-January
  • Final Round: Mid-February (if needed)

Parents will have the option of turning down the offer of admission and have their child put back into our Admissions Pool.  There will be no guarantees that the student will be accepted again during a subsequent round.

Applicants for Grades 5 & 6 will be notified of their Admissions Status in early January 2022.
