How to Apply

• Grade 5: $175 per student
  Includes Application fee and exam registration fee
• Grade 7, 8, 9: $175 per student
  Includes Application fee and exam registration fee

• Two most recent June final report cards
• November progress report card (of application year)
• EQAO results from grade 3 or 6 or grade 4 or 7 CAT

• Student Profile - completed by a current or previous teacher
• Student Reference Letter – completed by a teacher, principal, coach, or religious leader

• Once the two June report cards AND student profile are received, the student will be contacted to set-up an in-person intervie
• Each applicant will be asked to prepare an answer from our Student Questionnaire which must be presented at the interview

Students applying to Grade 5 must write a school administered exam on Saturday, December 9th, 2023.

Students applying to Grade 7 and 9 must write their entry exam on one of three dates.

·      Saturday, October 14, 2023 *early admission consideration

·      Saturday, November 18, 2023

·      Saturday, December 2nd, 2023

The College no longer requires the completion of the SSAT.

• Parent(s) will be notified of a decision by phone and email
• Students applying to the College can have one of three situations occur:

1. Receive an offer of admission
2. Be placed on the waitlist
3. Be declined

• If a student is offered acceptance, the parent(s) will be given 5 business days to accept or decline the offer
• Students who are placed on the waitlist must inform the college of their intent to either remain on the list or to be removed.
• Students who are declined are welcome to apply again for the following year.
