It is our privilege and honour to be involved on a daily basis with the alumni of De La Salle College, as this is a place where great memories have been made and continue to happen each year. It is important for each of you to know that as alumni you are especially vital to the well-being of the Lasallian community and its continued presence in the City of Toronto.
This page will endeavor to serve as a portal for our alumni and keep them informed on the events for our former students and those of the school itself. The memories and friends you have had while attending De La Salle are something that will last a lifetime and we encourage you to remain active and stay in touch with us. We have multiple events taking place each year that enable alums to remain actively involved with the College and we encourage each of you to take the opportunity to come back and visit us in a place that will always be home to you.

At this year’s Del Alumni Baseball Game an extremely talented group of players gathered and demonstrated that they can still play at the highest level as evidenced through their playing days at Del and their participation in this tournament throughout the years. Once again, a one run ball game – team ‘old’ defeating team ‘young’ in the 10th inning. MVP trophies went to Aaron Cumal and Matt Scanzano. Brendan Lynch received a prize for hitting the longest home run. After the game was played, Mr. Mason hosted a BBQ and John Voutsinos, along with his teammate, Howard Finewax, were victorious taking the most prestigious ‘Washers tournament’ with some precision tosses. Thanks to everyone for participating.
Thank you so much for attending the Annual Father Michael Luchka Alumni Golf Tournament. Approximately $20,000.00 was raised. All proceeds will be directed to De La Salle's bursary program.

The Father Michael Luchka Scholarship
The scholarship was established by the College in memory of the late Father M. Luchka to be awarded to deserving students entering at any grade level. It is intended to assist families who are unable to afford a private Catholic school education of excellence. Awards are given to those young people who demonstrate a willingness to involve themselves in community service projects. Proceeds from the annual Father Michael Luchka Golf Tournament are directed to this scholarship.

A competitive day filled with fun and excitement. As Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, Manchester City and Manchester United fought for the De La Salle Cup.
In a shocking turn of events, Juventus was knocked out of the semi-finals. After a tough day of fierce competition, Real Madrid and Manchester United were left standing. Of course, and as always, Real Madrid maintained its reputation as a quick, creative and dominating team as they were victorious.

2018 Alumni Hockey Tournament
Two nights where titans battled on the ice. On Friday February 23, 2018 and Saturday, February 24, 2018, over 75 alumni assembled at De La Salle to play in the 7th Annual Skate with Daniel Alumni Hockey Tournament.
This year, the DEL community also recognized William Bowler DEL ’92. Bowler played in various leagues, but most notably he played with the Windsor Spitfires for four seasons. There he broke franchise records for most career points and was awarded the OHL’s Leo Lalonde Memorial Trophy in 1995. He also played in the NHL with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
During the tournament, five teams faced off in the DEL arena – a more than familiar surface for our alumni. The games were extremely competitive - the semi-finals featured Team Blue versus Team Red and Team Yellow versus Team White. While Team Yellow easily secured a birth in the finals, Team Red had a tougher road as Team Blue erased a 5 – 2 deficit to force a 3 on 3 overtime and shootout; however, Blue’s fate was sealed as the Reds were victorious in the shootout. By the end of the tournament, Team Yellow was victorious and secured their names on the Skate with Daniel Cup. Thank you to everyone who participated, and a special thank-you to Mr. Andrew Martyn, President of Falcon Asset Management who generously sponsored the tournament.
We will see you next year!
