Visit Us

De La Salle College is located on a large property on the brow of the Avenue Road Hill overlooking the City of Toronto. Since relocating to this location in 1931, the campus has played an integral role in shaping Del into what it is and we want you to come see it!

Whether it be virtually or in-person, our campus is something that makes us very proud and is more than worth a visit. However you need to see it, we're here to help and show you what makes this place so special.

Welcome to our Campus

How to maximize your campus experience

Looking at a new school is an extremely important choice for your child's future. As such, it's important to maximize the process. One of the most important steps of this process is a visit to campus. Whether it's an open house or campus visit, both are an easy place to become overwhelmed and miss something.

To avoid this, here are some helpful suggestions in preparation for a visit:

Do your homework

Before coming, research the school, its values, its curriculum and staff, its campus, and the like. Understanding of the school’s philosophy prior to attending the open house or tour is helpful.

Checkout our virtual tour

A good way to get a feel for campus is the virtual tour. It provides a good place for research and potential questions while also giving prospective families a good point of reference before ever stepping foot on our campus. Similarly, our virtual open houses from the lockdown years of 2020 and 2021 provide a good insight into the school (albeit they're slightly dated).

Ask questions and take notes

As you do your research, prepare a list of questions, and then bring it along to the event.  You might ask teachers about their teaching style, their expectations of students or how they communicate with parents. Questions for administrators might revolve around school policies, its resources, or the admissions process.

Evaluate the facilities

In addition to exploring the campus at an open house, families may also schedule their own personal tour with a member of the admissions team.  On a tour, take a good look at the school, the grounds, the classrooms, and the facilities. How does the campus make you feel? Is it welcoming, clean and organized? Does it appear safe and well-maintained? Assessing these things will help you make an informed decision.
