• PLAN I: Due upon acceptance = $4,575, March 1 = $4,500, April 1 = $4,500, May 1 = $4,500 [ i.e. April acceptance: 1st payment of $13,575 = ($4,575 + 2 x $4,500)]
• PLAN II: Due upon acceptance = $4,575, $1,445 per month beginning March 1 to December 1, 2025 [i.e. April acceptance: 1st payment of $7,465 = ($4,575 + 2 x $1,445)]
• PLAN III: Due upon acceptance = $4,575, March 1 = $13,300, no discount after March 1

New students accepted after April 30 are only eligible for PLAN II or Payment in Full ($18,075)

INFORMATION

• Costs for participation on athletic teams, co-curricular clubs and some field trips (excluding OFSAA and overnight tournaments)
• Costs for transport for games, officials and annual school retreat
• Costs for access to athletic therapy and first aid training, equipment and supplies, school retreats, student agendas and yearbooks
• Duke of Edinburgh registration
• Cadet Fees
• The Activity Fees do not include textbooks, school uniforms, cadet uniforms, tracksuits for athletic teams, some consumable apparel, and equipment associated with some school teams. A limited number of co-curricular activities will be subject to additional fees.

• A $4,550 NON-REFUNDABLE COMMITMENT FEE is due upon acceptance or registration. Students who withdraw shall forfeit fees paid as per the Tuition Refund Schedule.
• There is a charge of $1,495 ($1,395 on or before January 16, 2024) for each summer school credit course.
• There may be additional fees associated with optional activities and some sports, excursions, and summer programs.
• The Fee for the De La Salle Parents’ Association is $150.00 for the first child and $50 per sibling thereafter.
• Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Direct Debit through the Blackbaud Billing Management System at the College.
• Parents/Guardians are to select the Tuition Fee Plan at the time of registration. It will be assumed that if Plan I or Plan III are not selected or followed, Plan II will be applied.
• A 2.4% convenience fee will be applied to payments made by VISA, MC or AMX. No fee for Direct Debit.
• Unless approved, all Tuition Fees are to be paid in full no later than December 1, 2024. Failure to pay Tuition Fees may result in the withholding of report cards, transcripts, and further admission to classes, including permanent dismissal from the school.
• The Tuition Fee Schedule is considered the Principal Invoice for Fees and should, therefore, be retained for reference. A Refund Schedule is provided.
• The Tuition Fee for International Students is $22,000. Parent/Guardians are to contact the Business Office to arrange a payment plan.

Tuition for International Visa Students for the 2024 - 2025 academic year is $22,000.

Withdrawal Refund Schedule for New Visa Students: In the event that a student withdraws from the school before June 1, 2024, all monies paid to date, except $14,000.00 will be refunded. Should a student be withdrawn from the school after May 31, 2024, all monies paid to date will not be refunded.

The annual family fee for the De La Salle College Parents' Association is $150 for your first student and $50 for each additional student for the 2023-24 school year. Please include a separate cheque made payable to the 'De La Salle College Parents' Association'.

• Full tuition, renewable on an annual basis.
• This scholarship was established through the generosity of the late Mr. W. Leonard, an alumnus, to two deserving students from St. Mary’s Elementary Catholic School who demonstrate the potential to excel in promoting the Gospel values in a Lasallian school community.

• This award, donated through the generosity of Tyler Barton’s family is dedicated in memory of Tyler Barton (Del ‘02). The recipient, chosen by the President of the College must come from an economically challenged situation.

• This full scholarship is awarded on an annual basis to a student selected by the President of the College. The proceeds for this fund were generously donated by an alumnus, Mr. Karlo Duvnjak (Del ’76).

• Full tuition, renewable on an annual basis.
• Named in memory of the late Jonathan Herrmann, alumnus, this scholarship is awarded annually to a student from St. Paul’s Catholic Elementary School. The award is given to a student who possesses the potential to demonstrate the qualities of courage and leadership so well exemplified in the brief life of Jonathan Herrmann who passed away in 1998.

• This scholarship has been generously donated by the Marafioti and Anderson-Eskudt families in memory of the late Matthew Marafioti (Del ’06). It is awarded to graduating students who in the opinion of the Administration of the College demonstrate academic excellence and a sense of commitment during their years at the College. Recipients must have attended the College for a minimum of three years at the secondary school level and have demonstrated the determination to succeed at university. This award comes with a $3000 gift for each recipient.

• In memory of the late Robert W. Henry (Del ’48), this scholarship is designated to be awarded to a deserving student entering Grade Nine from a needy economic situation who demonstrates the characteristics of striving for academic excellence and strong moral character. The student is chosen by the President of the College.

• This Scholarship is donated in memory of Joe Snidero (Del ‘67) where $500 each is awarded to a male and female athlete who is also a good student. 

• In honour of Patrick Sullivan (former De La Salle Oakland Drum & Bugle Corp member and Class of 1962), this award is presented to the student who displays the common spirit existing within the members of the De La Salle music program - inspiring enthusiasm, devotion, and strong regard for the honour of De La Salle Oaklands.  The recipient, chosen by the President of the College will receive an award of $1,000, with name recognition on Sully’s Espirit de Corp Award plaque, will be presented annually.

• Donated by the Schillaci family, the grade eleven Award of Merit is given in memory of a former student of the College, Jeremy Schillaci, who passed away suddenly in 2010.

• Students who have taken and achieved the highest overall average in all three senior sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) are recipients of these awards which include a scholarship. The Dr. Giacomo Martino Award is granted to a female student and the Dr. Rocco Martino Award is granted to a male student.   

• The Lawrence Sinclair Scholarship was established by the Sinclair family to honour the late Mr. Lawrence Sinclair, father of Giuliana (Del ‘07) and Patrick (Del ‘10). This scholarship is granted to the student who demonstrates a commitment and passion for higher learning, leadership, and family.  The Sinclair family has established the following criteria in order for a student to be eligible for this award: (1) the recipient must have maintained a strong academic average at De La Salle; (2) the student must be entering studies in engineering, sciences, or finance/business; and (3) the recipient must have demonstrated and be known to demonstrate two essential qualities: hard work/exemplary work ethic, and humility.  The student should be seen as a role model to others regarding these characteristics.

• This award is granted to the graduate who meets the following criteria: highest combined average in Grades 11 and 12 Financial Accounting, Macroeconomics and Microeconomics, is actively involved in extracurricular activities and community service, and has been accepted to a university business program.  This award is generously donated by Mr. and Mrs. Mastromarini and their sons Alex Mastromarini (Del ‘19) and Anthony Mastromarini (Del ‘16).

• The Maximilian Dignity of Life Award is presented to students who have consistently answered the call of Saint John Paul II in The Gospel of Life (Evangelium vitae, 1995) to be “people of life and for life”.  Recipients are recognized through their example-setting work and commitment to defending the youngest of our brothers and sisters, promoting respect for the dignity of the human person, and advocating the end to the culture of death during our age. Our Lord had said, "Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me".  Recipients have worked humbly, without fanfare, as our Lord did, making them worthy of recognition.
• The Maximilian Family Fund reserves two awards for judges at De La Salle College "Oaklands" to offer to their student body at their sole discretion. One award is bestowed to a female graduate, and another to a male graduate.

• These awards are given to students from the graduating class who demonstrate in an exemplary manner the Lasallian traits of Faith, Zeal, and Commitment to community service.  The recipients are unanimously chosen by the administration and staff.

• Generously donated by Melita and Paul DeFransca (Del ’91), the recipient is awarded a $1000 prize.

• Generously donated by Dr. and Mrs. Poon, this award is presented to a student who is continuing post-secondary studies in the Arts/Humanities or Social Sciences at a Canadian university and who has demonstrated exceptional conscientiousness and diligence during their years at De La Salle College.
