Student Services: Information on AP Exams, Grad, Study Strategies, Summer Opportunities and more!

Advanced Placement Exams

Congratulations to our Grade 10, 11 and 12 students who have just completed Advanced Placement Exams.  They have been writing over the past two weeks, while attending their classes.  You should all be proud of your efforts in preparing for and completing such a rigorous process!

Results will be available in July and will be accessible through the My AP account.

Attention upcoming grads!  Please remember that the deadline for providing your RSVP for guests is Friday, May 13th!  All details about our Outdoor Ceremony were sent in a message on May 2nd.  All information for the events, including expectations for graduation attire were outlined in the email.

Grad Rehearsal Day (attendance is mandatory for rehearsal, mass, and luncheon) – Monday, June 20th  begins at 8:30 a.m.

Graduation Ceremony – Wednesday, June 22nd at 6 p.m.

Building Study Strategies

With examinations around the corner, students are encouraged to take time to get organized!  Attend office hours, create study groups with your peers in the Innovation Research Centre, organize notes in your binders and fill in any gaps to get a head start on Exam Prep!

Summer opportunities

Summer is a great time for students to explore opportunities that they may not have a chance to investigate during the school year.  Connect with post secondary institutions, explore a campus and program, or investigate community service providers and events!  We have been updating our Student Services Schoology Page regularly with resources and events throughout this term.  Please take some time to review them.

Founder’s Day:

Many thanks to our Grade 12s who helped with various roles and responsibilities to make our Founder’s Day a success.  Special thanks to our staff who worked behind the scenes and the Parents’ Association for their assistance and generosity.  We would also like to acknowledge the staff members who were brave enough to face our students in the staff-student soccer game!  See you on the field next year!
