Fitness Training

Students will be introduced to a strength training routine in hopes of promoting life-long fitness in a gym setting. Students will be working with the Health and Wellness Coordinator, Ms. Burton, to create a fitness routine, track workouts, and improve strength and endurance. Students will set a schedule choosing from group fitness classes and/or individual training sessions. (Grade 5-8)
